Looks like EA partnered with The Next Bite guys and have added a new section on Walleyes in the magazine.

Details are at TNB site.

My guess is that someone anonymously slammed EA Magazine or somehow violated our use policy and the post was pulled. We would not pull it just beacuse it's EA, we are all fans of the publication. Don't swear or slander and the post will always remain if it's constructive conversation.

I doubt they'd add a walleye section. Then it wouldn't be esox anger.

By the way too bad: maybe there'd be a chance of me believing you if you actually posted with your name.

I'm not too bad but I'll post.

According to Pete Mania and the guys at The Next Bite Yes, Esox Angler has added a new section dedicated to Walleyes. The Esox content will stay the same but a additional 8 pages have been added. Not such a bad idea alot of us fish for bait at some time during the year.

I wish them luck!

As long as they make the magazine 8 pages bigger rather then minus 8 pages of esox stuff to fit the walleye stuff I won't mind too much.

Gary "Doc" Parsons, Keith Kavajecz, and Scott Fairbairn will be writing much of the Walleye content. Those names hold Number 2, Number 1, and Number 4 positions in the OutdoorsFIRST World Walleye Rankings presently. I'm sure there will be many more writers, but that's not a bad start.

The Walleye section will be just that, a section. It will not alter any of the Esox content in the slightest. I talked to Gary, Keith, and Pete several days ago about this; they are excited to merge content into the 'Real Deal'. Don't prejudge the section too harshly, in fact, if you wish, simply remove it and give it to Shep when your new EA arrives.

Should be some great articles from those masters of walleye fishing, I'm looking forward to it, I fish for walleye in the spring until the muskie opener.

I like the way Steve Worrall thinks! I let me subscription lapse last year, so if'n you want to donate your 8 pages to me, it will take me less time at the magazine rack to rest of it!

Actually, Shady, you are BAADDD. And I thnk this will add some good content. After all, eyes have teeth, too.

I say .....who gives a crap!
If you wanna read it , read it. If you don't, dont.
Just how much stuff can be written and rewritten and rephrased and rewritten?.......In-Fisherman for example.
It's all bathroom library material anyway.
If it's interesting, I'll read it. I fish for eyes and skis and more. But I had to tear up my In-Fisherman subscription when the carp and catfish articles became more and more prevelant.
