I have the Komodo 350 & I also have the Lexa 400 & I prefer the Lexa for burning double 8's over the Komodo but the Komodo cast a hell lot better than the Lexa.

Ben,
Rumor has it you will see a 450 in the near future. The 350 will handle big rubber, but is not what I'd call an ideal reel for the pounders.

I would like to know more also , was looking at one of these . But if they are making a bigger size I will wait , I bought a Cedros 400cjp this past spring and love it for double 10's . Never used a whole lot of the Okuma products until now , but I like them so far and want to buy more .

I was hearing rumors the Komodo 450 was supposed to make it's debut at this years 2015 icast. Do you know why it didn't?

Also is Okuma coming out with a 450 size Citrix?

A Komodo 450 size would be great .Also hoping they offer it in a 5.4:1 along with the 6.4:1 like they do for the Citrix 350.

450 Komodo is in the works but it will be some time before it's released.... Don't plan on seeing it this year. The engineering samples is as far as we've gotten. A few tweaks need to be made and then tested. It will most likely be introduced at next years ICAST. As for the 350.... It's been a great reel for me personally. I've yet to open them up for service after 2.5 years of fishing them.

For those of you that watch Dahlberg.... You have seen him catch Muskies, Sailfish, Peacocks, and all kinds of strange fish that want to kill you. He seems to like them.

The Komodo has been bullet proof for me. Casts great and drag is excellent. 1 year and two Canada trips, burning double tens and no problems or servicing. Haven't even opened it up to clean yet. Highly recommended.
