So I bought a new boat a few weeks ago and have not even had it in the water, but I did make a cool storage for my rubber baits. I used the same material used in Justencase boxes. I lined the walls and the door with the same material. What do you think?

Looks good. Just watch out for the fluorescent colors to melt into your carpet

They dont touch the carpet, I lined the inside with the polcarbonate material too. I was worried about hooks in the carpet.

I like it, lined up like little soldiers. Let us know how this system works for you.

With all that rubber in the bow of your boat you may need to reprop just to get on plane.

But it looks pretty sweet.

Thanks guys. I may take trophyseekers advice and cut a small piece of the Lexan or the bottom as well. Gonna be a long winter and having a new boat you have never been out on sucks!!!

Be careful! Was on a trip this fall and we were throwing rubber. Had them hung about the same way. Fishing rough water below a dam and I took a spill. Stood up and noticed a pounder hanging from my hand with a 5/0 straight through my the middle of my finger. Unfortunately all we had were the el cheapo bucher cutters and it was way more painful than any other hooks that have made their way into my hand. The hook had scraped and was resting on the bone and it took some time to cut it. Needless to say I don't hang them like that anymore! Don't get lazy and leave that lexan down when fishing

Very nice.

That's a lot of rubber! I'd be so overwhelmed trying to pick the right one, I'd never get any fishing done!
