| Well, the lake I live on was skimmed over yesterday. But, temps over 30 overnight has left it pretty much open today. | |||

Posts: 1338 Location: E. Tenn | Mostly sunny with a pretty good breeze kicking up around noon on Melton Hill... Water was 58-60, and clear.. I may have to change up the menu, since they didn't seem to care for my offerings.. Edited by miket55 11/20/2025 1:44 PM

Posts: 427 Location: SW Ohio | Lakes are at or near winter pool here in OH. Water was still low - mid 50's at our local lake but temps may start to drop after Thanksgiving. We had a bunch of rain the last couple of weeks (more on tap for today) but the USACE is keeping the discharge gates open. Supposed to head to Cave Run tomorrow...if not, I'll hit our local lake.

Posts: 1612 Location: Brighton CO. | It was mild on my October trip to Wisconsin we got rained on but no snow, when we left we took a side trip to central Wis. that night they had a hard freeze and on the local news they announced the growing season was over. It's been very mild here on the front range of Colorado and would have been real good fishing in the foothills and mountains this fall but I never got up there. The good news I had a very good year fishing in a pond in my town catching Stocked Trout this spring and some Bass I was catching more Trout then if I drove to the mountains. All on lures with the trebles cut down to singles and the barbs pinched and they all went back. It rained last night and is raining now the first rain in 34 days and no snow since 18th of April last spring. I hope there's some water to fish in. I want one last trip to my pond to catch some Bass the Trout are gone this time of year. With no snow on the ground a lot of people have all ready put up the Christmas lights and have turned them on.

Posts: 1285 Location: Walker, MN | I got back from TN myself last week, put over 3000 miles on the truck. Fished from a Grumman Sport Boat and some from the bank. Fished mostly for LMB, SMB, Striper with swimbaits. Even some Carp from the bank. Dedicated two days for muskies. Caught two lower-30's creek fish. Got a calm day and hit the reservoir with muskie gear and scored a nice 47" one hour into the day. Water was in that 60 degree range on the bigger water and 52-65 in the creeks depending on the day. Can't wait to go back in March with the big boat! Edited by Masqui-ninja 11/21/2025 2:45 PM

Posts: 427 Location: SW Ohio | Cave was cold and damp yesterday. Temp was low 50's (so was the water) but the clouds hung at the tops of the hills almost all day. Misty, too, with a N wind. Cast all day but partner pulled a small sucker behind us. All that attracted was a loon. Strange seeing one on Cave. Missed a couple of fish on rubber early but that was it. Below freezing temps coming up this week but may have a warm up afterwards. Gonna try to keep hitting the water until freeze up or I get too uncomfortable out there fishing solo.

Posts: 1289 Location: Stevens Point, Wi. | My son and I closed out the season on a comfortable late November day. Temps in the mid 40s with light winds. Water temp 38. Took 2 suckers for a swim with no results, but my son put a fat 40 in the net casting rubber. Great way to end the season with my favorite partner.

Posts: 1299 Location: WI | Got a 34.5” on a weighted Bobbie yesterday um, evening I guess because it was almost dark at 3:30. Water was 38-40°. I really should have been taking my ladder stand down before the storm, hopefully it doesn’t snow too much!
