| For anyone that has used the 10 inch hellhound, how was it worked? What applications do you use it for, as well as any other big glider? |

| I tried a friends towards the end of the season, I love the action, typical hellhound action but a huge profile to work with. As mentioned above, it is like casting a brick! I was amazed at how much bigger it is than the 8", size and weight- I think it weighs in at 10.x oz..... About 3 times as heavy as the 8". I would say go for it if you like big baits and gliders. |

Agreed. I felt like it was perfect for late fall and fishing real slow. I initially tried throwing it on the same rod I use for the smaller Hellhounds and most jerkbaits (8'6" Okuma EVX Heavy) and I found it to be much too limber for this bait. IMO you need a little stiffer rod than that to really throw it and work it appropriately. It's not a bait I will use a lot but definitely one I like to have in my arsenal. |

| This has been one of my favorite gliders over the past two years. Great action and easily worked . My new favorite is the Squirko XL. I highly recommend both of these gliders for guys targeting bigger fish. Both are must haves if u throw gliders |

Location: Central Wisconsin | I have thrown both of those two lures this past year with a MI XH andit was just heavy enough. I love the baits just is such a chore throwing them! |

| I use a TI XXH (Mag Heavy) rod that is rated up to 36oz (older version). No other rod I own is capable of throwing the 10" hh. |

Location: Minnesota: where it's tough to be a sportsfan! | X 3 on the T.I. XXH. I only carry the Mag Muskie Treat & the Big Hellhound in late fall for tall profile gliders. I do also have the giant Phantom but have not spent enough time with it yet. That's the Muskie Treats fault...good bait gets their blood up. |
