Posts: 2427 Location: Ft. Wayne Indiana | Slamr, myself and Luke fished together on Saturday on Tippy and Webster. Once the sun came out, so did the bees! They were all over, all day. Well, one stung Slamr and I thought he got shot. He cried and cried the rest of the day all because of a sissy bee sting. I didn't know if he was going to be able to make it or not. For such a big man, he is quite the sissy. Sorry slamr, but you should have known a cheap shot was coming!!! Mike Hulbert

Perhaps the pain felt stronger then a normal wasp sting because Slamr got outfished by an old man who the muskies usually laugh at and a young punk?

Posts: 7115 Location: Northwest Chicago Burbs | Fun day overall. Highlights: - Hulbert follies: falling 2X in the boat, once while having a 36" fattie on, and almost knocking me into the lake while trying to prop him up. -Luke's "silent protest/pout" by going to a spot other than what he wanted -Luke realizing just how old he is getting when Mike told him how old he was. -being stung by a WASP (it hurt that much) and getting to cry and moan about it for hours. -having a 42-43 take a swipe at a 'tail...hoping it will eat a sucker, then realizing we didnt drop them in the water. What did I miss?

I did not realize just how old Joe was, he is not that much younger than me. I think mike grew since the sport shows, I thought he was the "small" hulbert. Good to meet you guys again.

Posts: 32957 Location: Rhinelander, Wisconsin | I whine when a hornet gets CLOSE to me, much less stings me. If one stings me, I just drop like a stone and take a Benadryl. The durn things know it, too.
