Just curious everyone, with all the doubt surrounding the world record muskies, what is the biggest confirmed, without a doubt, with all the documentation to most everyone's satisfaction, musky on record? Weight and length and where caught please. I am relatively new to the musky world and really find all of this very interesting. Was not aware of all the controversy going on about the world records until recently.

Not sure but I think a monster was cought in Mi a few years back like 58 x 28 something like that and was high 50s like 57 or 58 #. I think he was small mouth fishing.

The biggest Muskie I'm aware of was from Maine and ended up being 76 inches (or 6 feet 4 inches). Lived a whopping 81 years and made significant headlines in the late 60's and early 70's.
