| Not the computer kind, but stomach/head/chest. Are you guys having trouble w/ being sick this summer? Wife was daggone nigh comatose for 2 days, and I've been sick for 2 days. A bunch of peeps have had stomach viruses and the respiratory stuff this past month. They have found some dead birds w/ the Nile Virus, but I don't think that's the problem. Don't remember it ever being like this during the summer here...:( | |||

Posts: 2091 Location: Stevens Point, WI | Rest assured Sponge there are bugs around all year round. We had almost everyone working in the ER with a nasty bug that had everyone coughing, plugged up, and sore throats for a few weeks. We see people all year round with gastroenteritis too.

| Guess they are around, just haven't heard much about them this time of year. Were it not for the hot sauce and peppers Stever, I doubt I would be alive today! In fact, Theedz pickled peppers will no doubt bring me out of this one in better shape than before.:O Thanks for the ideas Todd; the use of such implements were just recently introduced into the mid Atlantic region, and the assorted Sponges will be attending seminars this week in hopes of using these fascinating tools.;) One would expect such aggravations in the fall/winter, but not during the endless summer season... | |||

Posts: 938 Location: NeverNever Lake | I just completed a course at the local community college on Witch Doctoring. I figure I can cure just about anything with a gourd and some sage. Maybe we could hook-up and I could hang you from a tree with eagle talons imbedded in your chest..................................................................

| By Gumby Raze, I'd about try it...weak as a kitten and as useless as a thumbless mitten...SVL- you need to stay down here for 1 month; no doubt you'd go back a changed man!:O Don't feel bad; Spongette won't eat them either, although they are the first cousin to Cream of Wheat, which is tolerable w/ salt/pepper/butter/hot sauce... | |||
