I'm looking for a jerk bait with a lot of action that'll run down 10 - 14 feet. Please provide your thoughts on lures fitting the bill. Thank you.

I'd consider a crankbait for this.... such as a TripleD.  Better depth control.... and very erratic with twitched or jerked.

I would consider a count-down Shark crankbait on the shallow setting. Super erratic and great for deep figure 8's.
