| They have some awesome new tails. Saw them at Milwaukee, they had just gotten a few of them in. There's a paddletail for swimbait, the double tail will work like a double dawg AND an underdawg by screwing in just a little more or less, also a regular dawg style tail. I can't wait to start playing with these this year. |

Location: Perryville, MO | Travis (or if Roger or someone else can chime in)...you talked about the paddle tail quite some time ago and I've been anxiously awaiting its arrival to the broader market. Paddle tail swimbaits, of course, have been smacking the bass regularly for a very long time. Care to share how it has done for you and when you've chosen to use it against the "normal" Kalin style? You also shared some tourney success with the hardhead...are we going to learn of a few "secret" modifications you were employing (LOL)? |

Location: Freedom, WI | I will add a little, the paddle makes it more of a swim bait but I know of a few guys use it the same as the blade style tail. The paddle can be retrieved faster (it actually shakes the front more than the blade style) to the point that some guys by St Clair have trolled it in the the 4 mph range. Where the blade style maybe 3 tops as it does not stay down. It does work nice if you want to run a couple of blades in front at a faster pace casting. |
