There are no natural lakes in the state of Ohio . . .everyone is man-made!

I did not know that. However, there are tons of muskies caught there! Kudo's to the Ohio DNR.

Lake Erie is natural lake! Few but very large muskies! Ohio have good muskie fishery because of so many shad!

The lakes we have in Ohio as well as WV and Kentucky were made to control the spring floods. Most of all of the lakes we have are deeper than you would expect as well.

The good thing about erie here in the western basin is a Muskie population that is growing FAST. Walleye fisherman are really starting to catch them in numbers not big in size but the ones being caught are from 18 to 32 inch range which I think is great for the fish and the lake. Hopefully things keep going on the up swing.

Lakes just opened last week had a 4 fish day today, 34 35 37 and 40 of course all baits I bought at the Ohio Muskie Show
