| Just want to wish everyone the best of luck this weekend while deer hunting.[:)] May you all down a Booner, and/or a big doe!
I'm still debating if I'm hunting tomorrow, or not. Mom-in-law has 11 acres in Adams County, and I've taken several does the past few Turkey Days. But, I've never hunted opening weekend, and have only seen one buck out there. I guess I'll decide tonight after work.

| Heading back home in a few minutes. This is the only time of year that I enjoy leaving the Northwoods!!!
Deer hunting is almost like a reunion. It is the one time of year that I catch up with all the guys I grew up with. Lots of fun. Usually feel like this [:knockout:] at some point during the weekend[:bigsmile:]
I grew up in Trempealeau county and with Quality Deer Management the chance for a monster is always there. I will probably end up with a nice doe!

I am hunting near home in Jefferson Co. for the opening weekend. Then the fri thru Sun after Thankgiving I am going to Worralls in Rienlander and listen to him telling me...
"The deer were just here yesterday"...honestly they were!
Worrall...needs glasses, there are NO DEER in his woods!. |

Just got back from a ride out to deer camp, still don't know if I'm gonna go or not.
I may just fire up the Ranger and look for a piggy on the river.

I didn't know you liked pain![:devil:] Driving out to see the boys at camp, and not staying, then having to think about all the fun they're having, and all the big bucks they're gonna shoot!!
Ah well, I'm gonna give it a try tomorrow at the mom-in-laws. I just can't not hunt the opener, even if my chances are greatly diminished this year. Who knows? I might just get the buck of a lifetime on this little piece of land!

| I have great trust in my 'Sewer' to produce a nice Whitetail or three. In fact, I may shoot them ALL before Jason gets here!! hehehehehe...
