Going to make a enw Super Cisco but in 7.5" or 8" length.

Do you guys like the red colroed diving lips or the clear? If red, I would also color the brass hooks red (anodized red).

Thanks,
James

I am making the vote of "Clear Lip and hooks (no red hooks)", which I don't see as an option, but any bait that has those brass hooks painted red, I switch out. Just my opinion and my experience and preference obviously vary from others.

Clear Lip and bronze or black hooks. Black Chrome hooks are my personal favorite. I throw away all the red hooks that come on baits. The coating makes a mess in the box when it flakes off.

I as well remove all of the red hooks because as Ryanjoz said they make a mess in my box also once they flake. Not a fan of the red hooks. My 2 cents

actually i think the clear lips are great and while you are at it just do clear hooks and clear see-thru bodies too since i have caught so few fish because i ALWAYS choose the wrong color ! just let the fish hone in on the bait by its' sound / vibration using their lateral line only ! that may not be such an off-the-wall idea...yes it is still winter after all...

LOL STUSHSKY! I actually have a few guys buy my unpainted blanks that do just that! They have reported to me they do catch fish on unpainted blanks.

James I love your super cisco's and i buy the wild colors you offer. Red hooks and lips are fine bye me. Also don't think the fish mind seeing something different either. my vote keep them Red.

IMHO, clear lips; and the least visible hooks in the water.
