The first tournament of the year for the 2011 Iowa musky trail is this sunday may 8th.
If anyone is still interested in fishing this event they need to email me at [email protected] for entry forms and rules or be at main boat ramp at 6 to 6:30 am sunday to enter.
Entry fee is $100.00 per 2 person team. No late fee for this tournament only.
Tournament hours are 7am to 3 pm .
Sounds like we will have warm weather and a good turnout.
Good luck everyone,Tracy

It is in mybackyard but my sucess ratio is not to good. Probably to due to my poor skills., I don't have a partner that is willing to put up the $$$. I have a boat and would be interested if anyone wants to take a ride

Maybe there is someone out there that is looking for a partner and they wouldn't even have to bring there boat. I think the tourney will be up for grabs this year been a tough bite everywhere in Iowa this year. If nothing else just follow jonesi( ha ha). Mark If no luck getting a partner stop over at 3 at the awards and introduce yourself there is always alot of good talk . Tracy

14 teams, 1 fish in the boat. Tough conditions. 4 weeks of pretty much solid 50 degree water temps. That all changed this weekend, pushed up into 58/59 on Saturday, so I'm guessing most of the fish were finally pushed in to full on spawn mode. Saw a few, never had a bite though ...............
