| hello guys, owners of revos nacl can you tell me if a 60 or 61 tumb position on nacl is lower than on a 50-51 when casting with a full spool of line ? i have a few 50-51 but would like to see if a wider access to the spool would be easyer for throwing heavy baits but i d'ont want a higher tumb position like i have read the beast is ! ( or sits taller on the rod ) the rod is LT big dawg. |

Location: Western U.P. | The 50/51 is pretty much the same reel as the 60/61, with the only difference being the width. Side cover and thumb bar height are the same for both series. If you palm the reel, your hand will have a slightly different position for the 60/61 because it is wider. |

| ok thanks, that answers that. i found nacl at $400 can shipped best price to my door! so i was wondering if i should get the new toro s instead ? newer thecnology ? but my main concurn is that with the 50 size revo spool width i am less comfortable holding the lheavier weight lures for casting ! are the beast and toro S wider than a 50 size nacl and lots higher ? |

| I would go with the toro S, as i find the sticky thumb bar on the nacl to be o pain in the but. |

| The NACL is discontinued.....have seen them for $200 on the web so if you are being quoted $400 ????? |
