How do you guys work hardheads are they are glide side to side bait or more of an erratic bait?

about the same way you work a bull dawg.. jerk pause/jerk-jerk pause. i don't think there is a wrong way to work em actually.

Think jig, start working them like you would work a jig. Follow the bait down with your line as a lot of the time they hit on the fall. Once you get used to that start playing with to see what you can do. I start tail up if I want it to sink nose down I add weight, you can also turn the tail down to get it to sink nose down. If you want to crank it straight back and the fish are in a negative mood they occasionally hit the tail, it is best to add some drop and lift motion once and a while to lesson that chance. There are other tricks you can do also but leave it at that for now.

I was using one yesterday for the first time. I dont think there is any wrong way. Pull pause was nice, so was side to side and even a straight retrieve looked good. No takers on it so far but I only got to use it for 30 min or so at the end of the day.

I like the wobble of the flatter hardhead. I doubt that will wobble on the fall.
It also seems to be poor taste to hijack/sneak in an advert for yiur product into a thread
