Posts: 1036 | Always a fun tournament and great banquet after. And I want to say that the entry fee of $55 gets you fishing and the banquet. Great beef tips and fried chicken! Edited by vegas492 5/8/2014 1:33 PM

Posts: 1220 | I'm bringing another Legend Tournament Big Nasty for the raffle. Not a pro - staff rod so it has full St Croix warranty. My favorite rod!

Posts: 1036 | About a 100 guys fished. Only 6 fish were caught. The winner caught 3. I'm going to get the sizes wrong, but these should be close. 30. 32. 35.5. My partner for a 35.5 and took second. Another guy got a 30 incher and took third. I unofficially took fourth with a 25 inch fish. Heard that a lot of guys had tough luck out there, but more than a few said they had chances and just didn't convert. I missed a 40 incher that kind of broke my heart. The banquet was fantastic. Great prizes. Everyone walked away with a good door prize and there were too many raffle prizes to count. Highlights being the rod that Junkman (Marty Forman) donated, a Terrova 24 volt trolling motor and a tackle box full of lures. Dinner was chicken and beef with mashed taters. Salad and veggie plate. Great value for $55.
