until season opens here! I'm going freakin' nuts! Sharpened all my hooks, cleaned out my boxes, bought and sold lures, rods, reels, GOIN NUTS!!!! AHHHHHHHHHH!

And the snow just keeps falling . . .

I am hoping for just under 50 days here in Iowa! Bring on a warm March and I can be fishing by spring break!! As long as the ice is gone I am out there!!!

I normally get to fish all season with the river here, but the weather has not cooperated this season. It was either very high/muddy or iced over... I'm getting a bit of cabin fever myself!

I ended up building 5 baits yesterday, then went down to my pool and casted for about an hour. Yup cabin fever is here and it is bad. I want to get back on the water ASAP! still got 4 months or so left... yay
