I developed some pain last season in the palm of my hand after palming my Shimano Curado and retrieving vibrating lures all season long. I see a lot of guys wearing a glove in their palming hand. What glove would you guys recommend for my situation?

obviously I dont know if it is a problem for you but it was for me, but it also helps to make a very conscious effort to loosen your grip. Someone told me on the golf course a few years ago to loosen my grip on the club, and its kind of the same thing for fishing, maybe more so even. It made a good amount of difference for me, I was really gripping the rod too hard all the time. dont know how a glove would help a whole lot, maybe muffle the vibrations i guess.

Back in the day of 5 ft rods and drags and line that slipped YEA foregrip was the way to go but now with 9 ft rods 100lb braid that does not stretch and reel drags that can be lockdown, I palm a reel, to me it is alot easy on your hand and from what I see most guys that plam can keep a thumb on the spool for ripping and on hook sets. No right or wrong way but let your hands tell U at the end of the day which one works for U. Also don't hold your rod or reel so tight, your hand will be toast at the end of the day.
U can get a wrap for your arm just below the elbow, that will help with your tendon running to your hand.

get the pistol grip, solves all problems with pain to your hands and such. Makes burning bucktails a breeze, only tricky part is getting used to figure eighting

When I first started musky fishing my wrist and palm would hurt so bad I had to finally quit fishing, but seeing as how I was addicted and not willing to quit I ran to the store and bought a 6501 left handed reel. Now after fishing long days all week when on vacation both my fishing partner and myself switch from right to left handed reels often throughout the day. No more palm or wrist pain. Also I have learned to hold the reel not quite so tight until I get hit. I will also occasionally foregrip for a few minute break. Pain can force a positive change. I know you asked specifically about sore palms, but also a wrist support wrap like ball players use is very helpful and I never go fishing without one handy incase I need it. Usually I am loaning it out to my right hand reel retrieve only buddies after a long day.

I use the weightlifter style gloves with no fingertips. The hardware stores sell them too.

I also wrap my rod grips with hockey tape. I believe the tape creates a rougher texture so I can loosen up on my grip. The tape will be gummy for a few days. It will damage the cork a little if you remove it. So, I put it on and leave it there permanently.

I used to use a golf glove. I now use a glove called Nitex. Very good grip and reasonable where you can have 2 or 3 pairs in the boat, and have a rotation as they get wet. Only problem is the right one rarely gets used...:)

pistol grip is a pistol grip that can be attached to the rod right below the reel, you hold that instead of palming or holding the fore grip. Ive seen the musky innovations booth with them at the shows multiple times. tried one once that a buddy had put on and you can burn 10's like no other with it, have not been able to find them online though.
