I see you get some of the beautiful purple/blues that we used to have here on the WI River in the central part of the state. Unfortunately, with the severe winter/spring drawdowns that occur annually now, the population has been all but wiped out. Seeing your pictures brings back great memories, and the desire to head up there for a visit!! Dead bait bite, primarily?

Posts: 9 | Hey thanks man gotta love it! Yeah we end up using dead suckers most of the time because of where we are located. We have a tough time transporting the suckers and keeping them alive on snowmobile. But I am fully convinced dead bait works as well as live bait most of the time.
