C'mon guys! Some one posts a pic of a 40 incher and 15 people log on to say good job! This guy deserves a standing O! Thanks Mr. Kolodzinski, for your inspiring efforts to support a good cause and promote fishing! Its nice to see someone take an individual, often ego driven endeavor like fishing and use it to make the world a better place! You've set a great example!

Absolutely. Kolo was as dedicated to the kids program early in the day, and even more so in promoting fishing for kids and assisting a worthy charity as he was in breaking the Guinness World Record. Great guy, and one heck of a performance!

Thanks to all the sponsors for making the 10K Challenge and the Marathon Man world record attempt possible.

Well said, Ben! I agree completely agree!. I watched some other you tube videos from a prior year in which he failed to break the record, and he seemed to be far more concerned with the causes he was working for than his own quest for personal glory. Seems like a really humble guy and a great ambassador for the sport of fishing.

Hats off to Kolo!

Agreed!!! 2160 fish by a single guy with one pole in 1440 minutes is nothing short of phenomenal. Let alone just the sitting on a dock fishing for 24 hours straight. I'm pretty sure I could do neither. I was watching the live feed at about 2am and despite the not being able to see too much, from what I could see and hear, the guy was plugging along like he was an hour and a half into it. I would love to see photos of what his hands looked like before and after grabbing over two thousand gills. Crazy.

Outstanding, a truely humble man of our sport.
Now go take a kid or neighbor fishing and make some fun memories.

The Marathon Man and associated Kids 10K Challenge directly and indirectly raises awareness of a list of charities, including Fishing For Life, Minnesota Teen Challenge, and a host of others.

Was quite enjoyable to tune into once in a while during the 24h, even for a euro boy like me ( amsterdam)

Congratz on setting a new record!
