I'm taking a three day weekend on Crescent Lake, Oneida County, WI. My buddy, who lives on the lake in the summer, is calling it the "Dead Sea" the last two weeks.......I'm working on my "PMA"! We will see if "Positive Muskie Attitude" will make any difference.........How many ways can you say, "O-Fer"!?

Where is everyone else headed?

I left Pelican lake last night with water temps at 85*. I am putting the rig on the trailer, and resting for a weekend. I hope no one takes offense to this but I am praying for a cold front!

I'm on my way home, then will take Sue out in the 1690 for sunnies and crappies unless we get a blast of cool weather.

Giving it a rest too. Was thinking about going with a buddy up north but there will be high skies and temps in the high 80's to low 90's. Not going all that way to be in miserable temps. Looking into next week it does not look like the air temps will subside for the next 7 days. This summer sucks.

I'm leaving at midnight for a week at Cass.
Depending on temps, I might do more walleye fishing than muskie fishing.
Supposed to be in the 60's every night with some clouds and rain thrown in, so maybe the temps will come down a bit. Couple of hours in the morning and evening might be the extent of my muskie fishing.....But at least I'm going!
