Posts: 2 | So.. I'm looking to expand my arsenal in DnR baits because I haven't found something I really like so far. I have Suicks, both 7 and 9 inches weighted and I like the action of them but I find them really hard to throw good fshing from shore which is something I do alot, so casting ability is an important. I've been looking into Bobbies, and Wade's but would like to hear what you guys have to say. Cheess.

Posts: 2127 | I probably own 5 “styles” of dive and rise, they all catch fish…I have a dozen suicks, they all have caught at least a fish or two…but if it helps I throw a bobbie 80% of the time when throwing dive/rise, I do like weighted Bobbie’s but have more unweighted, you can always weight them yourself…Bobbie’s have treated me so well over the years I wouldn’t feel like I’m missing anything if that was the only dive/rise baits I owned… that being said I do like big daddy’s as well.

Posts: 1739 Location: Brighton CO. | Bobbie, Suick, Big Daddy both weighted and unweighted. And the weighted Burt has been good to me. The dark Horse is the old Tony Rizzo "Big T" nothing dives deeper however you must fish exactly up wind or exactly down wind else it runs to the side and is useless. So if you are going down the shore with the trolling it just don't work.
