No power here in SE Michigan but the generator is running strong.

It will take more than no power to keep me off this board.

No Central air stinks but we got the basics with the well running, hot water for showers, coffee pot, Frige and freezer and the puter. I'm positive there are othere out there far worse than me. Best of luck to them.

Maybe the aliens are preparing to begin harvest of the human-beans. I think they waited too long, though, many of us have gone bad.

I was fairly lucky. I live 20 miles east of Cleveland. My power came on around 7:40 PM last night. Ironically, the north side of my street still didn't have power when I went to bed around midnight.  Fortunately, here in Lake County, we have backup generators for our water purification & sewage systems so we don't have to worry about boiling water like in Cleveland. The only real inconvenience was my ISP is located in downtown Cleveland so I couldn't access the net for work or play until about 3:50 PM on Friday.

It's Friday night 12:55 and the power just came back on near my place in southern Ontario. The first thing I did was rush to the closest gas station and fill up my truck and boat....now I can fish this weekend! I feel much better now.

No problem with power here in Maryland (so far). Of course the only power I need is my boat motor!!!

I was only out about 30 hrs. Not too bad, especially compared to winter outages (we get lots of them too). Brought a bunch of water to an old lady who lives by me. Not trying to be the Boy Scout here but just wanted to help (ps. she has about 25 acres that I think hold some fine Whitetail , can't hurt huh?).
