Location: Lake "y" cause lake"x" got over fished

I am taking a trip to Northern MN this coming fall. I was talking to some people about it and the lake I am going to is a great deep diving trolling lake. looking for a few lures to make sure I am on the game for my trip. Any ideas please let me know.
