Did a search and didn't see anything this specific so thought I'd post it up in the tackle section of the forum.

Now that the season opener is almost upon us here in Southern Wisconsin, I'm wondering what your spring time arsenal looks like?  I've not invested in a lot of smaller, springtime musky baits and at this time of year, I feel a bit handicapped.

How long is everything throwing the smaller baits, i.e., Mepps Musky Killer bucktails, 6" jakes, 3/4oz. spinnerbaits, etc, etc.  What's the typical target water temperature you key in on before you upsize the bait you're throwing?  What sort of technique do you practice to be sure you're matching the hatch, so to speak?  And especially this year with our unusually low temperatures and lack of springtime-feeling, I'm trying to be mentally prepped for the opener!
