Finally have to replace my old Penn 109 reels, some are over 30 yrs old. Loved these reels because they were direct drive allowing me to play fish in free spool using my thumb to apply drag tension.

Considering replacing them with Penn 310 GT2's. Anyone on these forums use these reels, 310's or 320's? Will be using 80lb power pro, so prefer a smaller reel. I know they aren't direct drive, thats ok, just need a good, durable reel with a loud enough line out clicker. Any feedback on these reels appreciated.
