The Cardinal Cargo is from Helly Hansen's Work Wear line, meaning the pants are cut/made bigger to fit over cloths (like jeans, etc.). These pants are Helly Tech meaning they are 100% waterproof and breathable name, and they definitely live up to that. The last two years in Canada, Helly Tech pants have kept me bone dry. I got these as a gift, but have a little too much gear. These pants are in brand spankin' new and come from a smoke free home!
