Subject: Oiling bearings on a Conquest 401

I am usualy OK on tuning all my reels, the standard Calcuttas are easy but my Shimano Conquest 401 looks complicated. Is there any easy way to access the casting bearings for cleaning and lubricating with rocket fuel. I need to oil the instant anti reverse bearing, will a synthetic gearbox oil be OK and how do I get to it. I have a parts diagram but it is in Japanese. Any help will be appreciated.
