Location: Morehead, KY | Daniel Boone Chapter Cave Run “Ice Breaker” Muskie Tournament Set for Saturday and Sunday, April 9-10, 2005

Plans are underway for MI Chapter 52’s first major fundraising event. After much discussion, it was decided to sponsor a two-day spring muskie tournament on Cave Run Lake the weekend before the PMTT event. The notion is that some PMTT participants may sign up for the Ice Breaker as an opportunity to pre fish the Cave before jumping into the 2005 PMTT muskie circuit . The Ice Breaker may challenge other regional and local muskie anglers to measure their fishing skills against those of the PMTT heavy hitters who will rule the Cave the following weekend. Entry fee will be $100/boat with 77% payback and tournament will be held out of Clay Lick Ramp on Cave Run. Registration specifics and tournament guidelines TBA later.
