Subject: Cave Run Lake Fishing Report

First we had the Muskies First Gang tearing up the fish now we have the Cabin Fever Challenge Gang tearing up the fish. Their is somewhere in neighborhood of 25-30 fish caught. This is pretty daggone good for the conditions that we have had this week. Its been pretty chilly the water temps have drop. But the Rattle Traps are still the ticket. For me its been the 1oz the last couple of days. I'm still fishing shallow. You have to stay on spot. Keep going and going. My clients today lost a 25lbs class fish on a rattle trap- but we stayed on spot for 3 hours. This is what it takes until this water warms up. This weekend is supposed to be pretty this will help warm the water up so if can fish this weekend I would recommend you to fish this weekend if you can. The first part of next week it is going to be in 70's PERFECT!!! If come to the lake stop by we have a few Rattle Traps left, new order of St. Croix Rods. Good Luck!!!
