Posts: 343 | There is a gentleman named Seth Ewing who did a wooden carving of a giant grass pickerel I caught in Kentucky Lake who does awesome work. His business is Ravens Nest Miscellenary and has examples of his work including my grass pickerel.

Some of you may remember Frederick Aman who started as a taxidermist in the Conover, WI area and then transitioned to doing bronze sculpture and had a studio in Milwaukee. His musky and other wildlife sculpture were remarkable as well.

Posts: 6 | I have a Fittante 53" which is very nice, but I just got my 46" Tiger muskie hand carved out of wood and hand painted by the super talented Hans the Carver. This thing is unreal. The detail is mind bottling. And instead of just being a plastic mold that is painted, this is a handcrafted one-of-a-kind piece of art. It was considerably more expensive than a plastic replica, but I honestly couldn't be happier. I feel like it I own a Rembrandt or Picasso.
