Posts: 2687 Location: Hayward, WI | I'm pretty simple. A lot of my crankbaits or rubber baits are walleye themed in some flavor or another. I also have a blue/silver Curly sue that's been beaten up pretty good as well as a blue-silver/nickle Cowgirl that's brought a lot of fish to the boat. For the most part those are clear water lakes but I like walleye in stained water too. It's hard to beat a black topwater, and in stained water I've had good luck with black body and lime, chartreuse, or flame blade bucktails or spinnerbaits. I never get too hung up on color. Tend to use somewhat natural colored baits in clear water and something with a little color and/or black in dirty water. Tucker | ||
