Just a few questions about the two.

I know my gen 3 bird is great in terms of si and di but is the garmin as clear?
Is Navionics as good as lakemaster? Wisconsin and LOTW?

Debating about going all Garmin. Just pulled the trigger on the Force trolling motor. Already have the helix 10 mega for the dash.

I love my Garmin Echomap Ultra 126sv. It's the best all-around unit as far as i'm concerned. I only got to play with this unit for a few months, I wish I'd have taken more pics.

The mapping is great, and it's actually included when you purchase the unit. Garmin/Navionics just remapped, or is in the process of remapping a bunch of lakes too. They also give you one free upgrade, I can't wait to upload the latest charts when they're released. Also, they include the transducer that you'll want to run, no buying a high-speed at additional cost. At 1.2 mega hertz in side vu, technically a Mega unit.

With all that being said, the Gen 3 Mega Humminbirds are amazing too.

Wireless connection between the units and the Force trolling motor is another bonus.

If you really love your Humminbird, maybe an Echomap 93sv UHD and an HBird with MEGA is the way for you to go.
