Location: north central wisconsin | I had to pull over when Dusty called me Saturday. I met Adam on a Vermilion trip 4 years ago, and we've kept up since. Either my boat, or his, he always had time to 'jump in'. I am not alone in that I owe alot to him for his unselfishness. Though I only knew him a short time, it was evident early on that he had a rare/special fishing 'mind'. Our first meeting on the west end of V, where I was camped with 'Uncle Bill'(as Adam called him) had us talking strategy till wee hours. He was one of the few that had 'it', reinforced by the quiet and consistant production on waters all over WI, MN and LOTW.
Be it taking his time to mark a map, lend a piece of forgotten equipment, or offering a place to crash on the way to or from a long fishing trip, he was there for us the past couple years. We are saddened by the loss of our new friend, but our thoughts/prayers go especially out to Ang, her kids, his family, and his guide buds.

Here are a couple more pics of Adam and friend from last summer while out with my wife and I.
