Tough price point. Look for some remaining Fish TV 5" units, those are close to the right price and work pretty well.

I haven't checked the price in a while but I have a Cabelas camera. Pretty sure it's a 7" screen and was less than $150 a few years ago. Seems to work pretty well though I haven't used any of the high dollar cameras.

I got a refurbished Aquaview a few years ago for about that price on eBay. I then found the DVR for about $50 on a forum...pretty nice setup, paid for itself when I "dropped" I rod and reel combo off the side of the boat. I drove home, got the camera and about 15 minutes of fighting the wind I found it and snagged it dragging a big buck tail over it.

Also neat to check out different areas and for ice fishing as well. The camera I got has lights on it too which help out in some circumstances. My best advice for any fishing gear is to extensively search online. This year I ended up buying a barely used reel for half the price of new from someone off a float tube forum in California. A few years back I found someone out of Alabama that tournament fishes and bought 2 nice reels for a quarter what they cost new.
