Looking for some advice. My boat was parked overnight in a motel parking lot and the next morning I came out and my gas cap was laying in the boat. Do I assume someone was trying to siphone my gas or taint the gas in there. My gas gauge seams a little low but not too alarming. Should I remove the gas or top off and put in Stabil.

Pretty crappy that someone would mess with your boat. I would think they were just after gas, but you never know. It might not hurt to siphone out the rest of the gas and look for signs that someone put something in it. And then fill with new gas.
