Location: South East Wisconsin | Gota few top waters that need some doctoring. Just wondering what everybody else puts on them. I.E. true oil, epoxy, nail polish, ect to cover up wounds. Thanks

Location: Musky Tackle Online, MN | Unless it effects the action of the bait, I don't do anything to my baits that show signs of wear. The more beat up they are, the more they seem to produce.

Location: Yahara River Chain | I had a Lee Lure's Chopper that gotten beaten up real good. I painted it and cover it with envirotex coating. I also went from 5/0 to 6/0 on the front hook.
Of course, right out of the box I up the hooks from 5/0 to 7/0 on my TopRaiders. |

Location: oswego, il | If you do not want them soaking up water, I take some 5 minute clear epoxy to the wounds. That seems to help but like others have said. some baits work well when they are beat up. |
