First, I would like to wish all a happy new Musky year. I hope all your 50 incher dreams come true, as long as you release them so I could catch them! After picking up the new 7000ihsn last fall, I was wondering what I could do to smooth and quiet my "gold can opener" 7000hsn. Before I start changing bearings or gears, I was wondering if any of you guys used any of the high priced oils and lubes. I see Quantum has "Hot Sauce" and Abu has "Rocket Fuel". I'm sure salt water reel manufacturers have their own products as well. Any advice or do I just have to deal with the noise? Kdawg

I've been using the Hot Sauce on my Abu's for about 2 years now. No problems.
