My Father had quite a bait collection. Does anyone know this spoon and the age? Thank you.

Shannon is/was and old tackle company and this spoon is stamped Shannon Spoon I have never seen one but I have a couple Shannon Twin Spins with are a smaller Bass sized spinnerbait from the old days with Bucktail tied over the hook and two arms instead of one, hence the name twin Spin. I dug theses out of my grandpa's tackle box in the 70's and they were old then.
That is really cool thanks for sharing.

I Googled Shannon Lure Company and I found a article form 2021 and in the article it had a article from 1917 about the Shannon Twin Spinner. The Aposle's might have been fishing with your spoon.

I have a Shannon twin spin that I have owned since the 50's. Very unique construction.
