When unlocking Terrova, before fully deployed, units starts turning left all by itself one revolution then stops. Has anyone experienced this and how was it resolved? I'm working with Minnkota to see what they think.

I alway am holding the head, it can't turn in my hand especially since the locking collar is what sits on the gear case isn't connected till it's fully deployed.
