Spring Bay Resort. Black Bay is very dark water and is at the deepest around 7'. Get some big crappies there some seasons. Norwegian is really good for all fishes....

I stayed at Life of Riley in Norwegian Bay once. That bay is great for panfish.

Black bay itself is quite shallow and dark, mostly only good in the first couple weeks of the season. The bay leading up to black bay before it becomes the partridge River is amazing fishing all year. Seem multiple 50” fish come out of there mid summer and it’s also some of the best largemouth fishing in the entire lake. Norwegian bay is great too, but if I wanted to stay somewhere I would look into spring bay resort, persons lodge, or white eagle which are all in head o lakes bay. You can’t go wrong anywhere you stay.
