What a beautiful fish. What a shame it had to go way of the harpoon. Glad they only allow spearing or whatever we want to call this in one lake out there.

Gorgeous fish. Sounds like that is what the lake is managed for, and it's the only lake in the state for spearfishing, so have at it. At least spearfishing there has what appear to be pretty strict controls.

As long as it was taken by legal means,I guess we can't complain. Only question I have is what do you do with it? I'd get a skin mount for sure. But the meat? Uhhh...
