Posts: 937 | Yes, Have caught 100's on them trolling. Lots of fish including a 49.5" and a 50.5" on Madison Chain and plies of fish up to 54" on St. Clair (pic below) if you watch Gregg Thomas's Musky Road Rules DVD you can watch us catch a 53.5" on one also. Have caught some good fish casting them also. Jeff Hanson madisonmuskyguide.com Attachments ---------------- photo.JPG (95KB - 346 downloads)

Location: Northern Illinois | Those are some nice fish just stocked up on 10 mx6 and 10 various size believer getting ready for trolling season

believer will bring you big fish for sure.if you fish less than 10 feet don't be afraid to use the straight one with the shallow setting ,they will start to move almost like a jake.10 inch model have to be perfectly balanced for that setup ,even bent treble hook could ruined the action, how you will know? it's simple he will float most of the time with no action.but the 8 is super easy have fun.

Location: Northern Illinois | I'm excited to try the believers. Do you use jointed 8 and 10 more then the straight

i use the straight more often ,but the jointed is also a very good one.not the sexiest cranks but fish are loving them.most of my giants from st-lawrence have been caught with believers.

Posts: 238 | I've done pretty well on them. Caught muskys on them in Green Bay, pewaukee, Fox chain and St. Clair. Caught my biggest walleye on one also 31".

Location: Northern Illinois | That's good to hear I fish all those locations regularly. Just expanding into new trolling arsenal. Suprtrollr do you run them on the shallow or deep for more action when shortlining?

they don't react too well to short line.when im talking about short im talking about 8 feet of line out. now if for you shortline mean 15-20 i prefer deep setting

Posts: 2037 Location: lansing, il | I have caught ALOT of Muskies on MX6s and 7.5s, I would never go trolling anywhere without them. They are definitely part of my confidence trolling spread. On LSC I usually always have a minimum of 1 running at all times.
