| Time for me to start thinking about winter projects on the boat. Thinking about converting my trailer's tongue to a swing style. I've been eyeing up the conversion kit Cabelas has and I'm wondering if anyone has done this or has other conversion kit recommendations? Thanks. |

Location: Minnesota: where it's tough to be a sportsfan! | If your trailer is not an issue for storage , like too long for your garage etc... there is no use for it. You will find you never swing it unless you need the room. |

| Yep. I was hoping to pick up a foot or so of garage space. |

Location: Minnesota | Looks like it could work what size trailer or boat do you have. What is the wall thicknesses of your trailer tongue . |

| My boat only fit in the garage at a severe angle taking up a ton of space. I did the conversion and its awesome. Boat goes straight in and opened up tons of side space. Its rock solid, works perfect almost no bad reviews online at all. If you could use extra space do it. |
