It's all I use. Has very low memory and holds up great. No line is perfect, but this my favorite after trying many braids over the years.

Probably because PP the most widely used line. It's available everywhere and is moderately priced so most people use it. It's kinda like the "Ford" of braided line. It may not be fancy and it occasionally breaks, but it'll get the job done 95% of the time lol.

Regarding suffix - I've never personally used it but I've never heard of anyone complaining about it either. I may have to get a spool sometime.

Have Suffix 832 80lb on 3 musky reels. No issues, held up great, no memory, super strong and casts a mile. Love that stuff.

First season experimenting with 832 and I'm impressed! No issues so far and will echo what the others have said.

Anybody compare the Suffix 832 to Cortland Master Braid......I've been looking to get some Master Braid, but its quite pricey and I've searched all over online and theres very few places that even sell it, making get a price deal impossible.....Suffix is much cheaper in price.

I have been using PP for a long time now and I think I like the PP Slick 8, in 80#. Anything lighter i feel is quite shotty. Just looking for something new or different to use.

832 gets another thumbs up from me. I've never had a backlash (my fault) I couldn't get out easily. 80lb is what I use.

832 for me also. Works great, reasonably priced and easy to come by.

no rumours just the plain truth.two breaking test vids
spiderwire invisibraid 65lbs https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nStrhXyiqpw
pp super slick 65 lbs https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2V2n__IiU
generally spiderwire is a little bit better but not by much, look other brands all you want it's almost the same.I've fish with spiderwire for something like 7 years and i have ever seen anything wrong,it was ultracast

I remember trying Spider Wire Invisbraid some years back. I wasn't happy. More memory than 832 and it didn't hold up as well.

Yes, that may be true. But the real question would be how well each line holds up to cast big baits. How long will they go before starting to deteriorate? There is only one that I trust...Masterbraid.

I like 832 and Tuff line both hold up well and aren't ridiculous in price. Tuff line is harder to find, but I buy any 80lb I run across. Haven't tried Master Braid, I'm not fond of Power Pro or Spiderwire.

i've fish with maybe 80% of all the braids minus cortland master braid.what's the advantage of that one vs the others?imho for now they all basically look the same,ok some bleed when others don't but other than that i have never seen any junk that i would not use again.i have been impressed by just one it was called samurai thin like sheet of paper, cast like a charm but it was for bass,i think they make nothing strong enough for musky
