| My HDS 9 touch is not showing the surface temp. I reset the unit once and it was there the first time I powered back up. Put my settings back to the way I had. Next time i turned it on, gone again. It is linked to the HDS 7 gen one on the bow. Had a similar issue on the old rig. Had HDS 5 on bow and HDS 7 at console, this one the HDS 7 at the console had the temp and the bow did not. Moved the HDS 7 to the bow of my new boat, added HDS 9 touch at console. The 7 always displays the surface temp. Thinking its something to do with the settings, but cant seem to figure it out.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. |

| You probably need to go to the overlay menu and add the temperature readout to the page you want it on. |

| It shows this --F on the page. If you reset it works until you power off then the next time you turn it on it's gone. |

| This is likely due to invalid network Data Source or Global/Local settings. On the Touch 9, go to Pages, Settings, Network, Data Sources, Sonar, Water Temp, then specify the source Local, then select your proper temp sensor (likely reading sensor from your transducer, so source would be "this device"). |
