Posts: 32958 Location: Rhinelander, Wisconsin | If you were to be able to plan a trip anywhere in North America to fish Muskies, where would your dream destination be? I dream about being able to spend the entire summer on the Goon, opener to ice up.

Posts: 2427 Location: Ft. Wayne Indiana | I think I would like to stay at Herbies and fish Eagle for the entire year. But if that can't happen, I'll stay with you on the Goon. Hulbert

Posts: 1916 Location: Greenfield, WI | I would like to second "the Goon", in Worrall's boat! In my Tuffy, it would be the Winnepeg River system around Minaki, Ont.

Posts: 1430 Location: Eastern Ontario | I'll stay right here thank you. ;) Funny my wife asked me where I tought the best muskie fishing was yesterday and I told her right here. So she said that if I ever was to go away there would be muskie fishing to bring me back. LOL I did not ask why she came to that conclusion but it made sense. :))

Posts: 1536 Location: God's Country......USA..... Western Wisconsin | I would be making the trip out East to the area around St. Lawrence and with Richard Collins on the Mighty Ottawa. This is where the big fish live.

Posts: 1185 Location: Wishin I Was Fishin' | I would spend it on Vermillian so I would win the big tourney and be able to fish another whole summer! The second summer I would be mobil, with trips to the Ottawa, LOTW, Minnesota, Rowan, and maybe even the Goon (if a friend of mine with a Patriot would invite me). By the way it would be a permanent trip as my wife would take the house, but that just may be worth it???

Posts: 379 Location: Thief River Falls MN | I'll second the Wabigoon Lake notion. After seeing the pictures that Terry at Merkels Camp has of a true monster and some of Steve Worralls huge fish, you can't help but want to go try to get one of these beasts. That is why I'll be there July 3-11.:o later, toddb Edited by toddb 3/27/2003 7:38 PM
