| Anyone else have any trouble with the Lexa 400 HS-P. I burned the gears out of mine in two days on LOTW...and no I wasn't throwing double #10s with it either. I have a Tranx for the big blades.
I sent it back to Diawa yesterday for repair. I must admit I am a bit disappointed...I really like the reel fit and speed...but I am afraid it might not take much abuse? I still think its a good reel for the $$. I liked the 7.1:1 so much I also bought a 6.3:1 Lexa 400H. Haven't had any issues with that one.
Anyone else have problems with a Lexa 400 HS-P?

| I used mine every day on LOTW throwing exclusively double 10's 10 hours every day. No problems. Guy in front threw tranx - no problems, middle revo NACL - spool line feeder broke on day 4, lexa - no problems.

Location: Madison, WI | Ive got a HS-P 7.1:1 and have had zero issues throwing 9s&10s. In fact ive been quite impressed with it as the tranx was too big for me. |

| Take it back where you bought it from an exchange it for a new one. |
