| I thought these looked promising so I bought some. It's a 174# wire leader with a willow blade near the front end. I had never used them, but I loaned one to a buddy while we were in Canada and he had it on in front of a mini Medussa. He had more action on that combo than anything anyone else threw all week.
Does anybody here use these? Is there a certain style of lure that they would work better with?
I'm going to make an effort to try them in front of a few different lures and see what happens. They sure look good to me in the water, but muskies have proven over and over that they often have a different opinion than I do about what looks good in the water. |

| I'm happy to hear about your recent success in Canada using the Prime Time Leaders by Stealth Tackle. I've been using a bladed leader for about 10 yrs now and truly believe in them.
It doesn't surprise me of the action you had using the leader with a Medusa. Plastics and swimbaits are probably my favorite baits to use them with. I also like to use them with topwater, especially a creeper or Hog wobbler style bait. I've used them with success on every type of bait imaginable (from cranks to walk the dog topwaters) but plastics and topwater are my go to combos. I even leave them on when I'm throwing bucktails but don't believe a #4 willow adds much vibration to double 10's lol.
Thanks again for your feedback.
Good luck and remember to "Make anytime Prime Time!"
